What we are aiming for

We want idahofallsgaragedoorpros.com to be usable by everyone who needs a garage door fixed, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly used as a benchmark, and it is what we measure ourselves against.

Where we are

We aim to meet that standard and we are not claiming we already meet it everywhere. Saying a site is fully compliant is easy to write and hard to be true, and it is not much use to someone who has just hit a page that does not work for them.

What we do check: text that resizes without breaking the layout, contrast that holds up, headings in a real order rather than chosen for how they look, links that say where they go, and every page usable without a mouse.

What is most likely to be wrong: a heading level out of sequence, a link whose purpose is not clear when read on its own, or a form field whose label is not properly connected to it. If you find one, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.

Telling us about a problem

Call (208) 441-4128 or use the contact page. It helps if you can say which page it was and what happened, but a rough description is enough. We do not need a technical report.

We will tell you what we can do and roughly when. If a fix is going to take a while, we will say so rather than leaving you waiting.
